We kick off the new season of Antica Sicopoli pizzas with “Gratellata.”
A summer pizza, fresh, nice to look at, tasty to eat, born from the creative improvisation of
Caesar.
Why “Scratched?” Well, we explain.
The name is lighthearted, unusual, we could say, genuine! Just as genuine and spontaneous was the
creation of this pizza that by its name communicates simplicity but a lot of technique behind it.
Few ingredients used, the usual fragrant dough and knowledge of pairing techniques
were the elements of a harmonious recipe aimed at creating a whole new sensory experience for
eyes and palates.
Why taste the Gratellata?
To immerse yourself in a tasty combination of the most intense flavors and colors, through the five senses: from the
touch, smell, hearing, sight, and last but not least, taste!
Here is the recipe for our Gratellata:
- Crunchiness of raw sweet and sour escarole
- softness of cuttlefish gratin
- sweetness of braised cherry tomatoes
- tastiness of taggiasca olives
Contrasts of textures and flavors combined ad hoc make this pizza fresh and fun, from the first
to the last bite….
Word of Caesar Di Grazia!
